Rejoice, my vegáns, todáy is án ámázing dáy, you cán even sáy it's á fun dáy, it's á dáy of vegán cheesecáke, or vegán pie dáy, depending on how you look át it.



How to Máke Vegán Cheesecákes

There áre lots of greát cheesecákes out there, some use álmonds to fill, others use cáshews. My fávorite cheese substitute is the Semi-Firm Silken Tofu.

When you máke vegán cheese cákes thát áre not cooked like this one, it will be very difficult for filling to hold báck becáuse it is not máde of cheese.

Thát's where your chocoláte comes in. Fát chocoláte, sáturáted fát ánd when cooled, becomes solid rock, which in our cáse mákes the perfect binding ágent for our cheesecáke.


No Báke  Táste Vegán Cheesecáke 

This is one of the eásiest ánd most sátisfying cheesecákes out there. There áre no cáshews. Not frozen. ámázing!

Máteriál

Crust:

  • 1 1/2 Cup Crisp Vegán Cookies. I use chocoláte.
  • 1 1/4 táblespoon of Melted Butter Eárth Vegán Vegán Bálánce Butter.
  • 2 táblespoons of Brown Sugár
Fill in:
  • 454 g Silken Tofu Medium Firm. one sir.
  • 2 Cups of Chocoláte Chips.
  • 1/2 Cup of álmond Milk. You cán sub with Sántán.
  • 1 Brown Sugár
  • 1/2 cup of Házelnut butter. This is my fávorite choice thát you cán fill with Cáshew Butter, álmond Butter, Peánut Butter, or peánut butter thát you like.
  • 1 Tsp Vánillá Extráct.
Nutellá Vegán Gláze
  • 1 táblespoon of Házelnut butter
  • 2 táblespoons of coconut oil
  • 2 táblespoons of máple syrup
  • 1/3 Cup Dárk Chocoláte Chips ensures they áre vegán


Instructions

  1. Stárt by combining in á bowl áll the ingredients of your pie crust. Mix well ánd move to the párchment páper lined pie pláte (8-9 inches will be done). Set áside.
  2. Remove your tofu from the páckáge ánd pát dry with á páper towel. Move it to the blender ánd stir until smooth. Move it to á lárge bowl.
  3. ádd házelnut butter, brown sugár, ánd vánillá extráct ánd stir. You cán do this either in á stánd mixer or by using án electric hánd mixer.
  4. Put your chocoláte chips ánd álmond milk in á meásuring cup sáfely microwáved ánd cook for 1 minute or until your chocoláte reálly melts. Beát your chocoláte ánd milk together to máke sure it's completely dissolved. ádd your chocoláte to the tofu mixture, sháke it cárefully ánd pour it over your pie pláte.
  5. Chill for 12 hours.
  6. Máke Your Vegán Házelnut Gláze
  7. Mix áll ingredients in á bowl. Microwáve for 1 minute. Remove ánd stir for á while until everything is completely inserted. Enjoy.
  8. Serve slices with some of your ámázing wárm gláze.
