Máteriál

  • 1 pit dáte Medjool is deleted
  • 1 cup of non-milk orgánic soy milk, álmonds, or coconut
  • 1 hándful of fresh spinách
  • 3 chiá seeds Tbsp
  • Fruit for sprinkling bánánás, kiwi, mángo, berries, etc.


Instructions
