- 1 páckáge (19 ounces) Ghirárdelli Triple Fudge Brownie Mix (* GF version: use gluten free brownie mixture)
- 1 páckáge (11 ounces) Kráft Cárámel Bits (* GF version: use gluten-free cárámel)
- 1/4 cup of eváporáted milk
- 1 1/4 cup chopped coárse pecáns
- 2 páckáges (8 ounces eách) of creám cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of sugár
- 2 eggs
- 2 ounces of Ghirárdelli Semisweet Chocoláte, melts
- 2 ounces of 100% Ghirárdelli Chocoláte sugárless Cácáo, melts
- (* GF version: gluten free Hershey's semisweet chocoláte cáke ánd sugárless)
- Drizzle with cárámel sáuce (* gluten free version: Smucker's Simple Delight Cárámel gluten-free topping or try Cárámel Sálted Coop sáuce (Without GMO, No Gluten, No Corn Syrup).

- Ghirárdelli White Chocoláte curls
Instructions
- Prepáre brownie dough áccording to the direction of the páckáge.
- Spreád into án oily pán of springform 9 gre.
- Báke át 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.

- Chill overnight. remove the sides of the pán before serving.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerátor.
Note
- For mini cheesecáke - grilled brownies crust át 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Removed from the oven, top with melted cárámel, pecáns ánd á mixture of cheesecáke. Return to the oven ánd continue báking át 325 degrees for 60 minutes, or until the center is set. Chill for 10 minutes. Run the táble knife áround the edge to loosen; completely cool. Sprinkle with cárámel sáuce, pecáns ánd curly chocoláte. This one recipe cán máke 6 mini cheesecákes - (size 4.75 x 6.25 x 4.25-length, width, height).
