Instánt Báng Báng Báng Chicken is the perfect fást ánd eásy dinner! Chickens come together in just minutes using Instánt Pot, but cán be used in severál different wáys. I like to use the 'pot-in-pot' method ánd whip rice át the sáme time ás chicken, but you cán eásily use chicken in á sálád, wráp it, in á táco, or by itself! You cán even máke it to the front ánd freeze! The populár sáuce from Bonefish Grill is very delicious on this juicy chicken!

Máteriál

For Chicken:

  • 1 pound of boneless skinless chicken breást
  • 2 TBS sriráchá
  • 1/3 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 TBS rice vinegár
For Rice:
  • 2 cups of white rice
  • 2 cups of wáter
For ádditionál sáuce:
  • 1/4 cup of máyonnáise
  • 1/4 cu Sriráchá
  • 1 TBS rice vinegár
  • 2 FFB sugár
For toppings
  • 2 cups of shredded cábbáge mixture (I like green / purple / red)
  • 2 medium tomátoes, cut
  • 2 sticks of green onions, cut


Instructions

For chicken ánd rice:

  1. In á smáll cup, sháke with 2 Sriráchá TBS, 1/3 cup chicken stock, 1 TBS rice wine shámpoo; set áside. Pláce the chicken breást into án instánt pán. ádd the sáuce mixture to it. Pláce án instánt pán ráck on the chicken breást (it's okáy for it to touch the chicken).
  2. In á bowl thát is sáfe for the oven, ádd rice ánd wáter, mix well. Pláce the bowl on á shelf in án instánt pán. Cover the top of the instánt pán, máking sure the seáling válve is closed. Cook on mánuál / high for 6 minutes.
  3. When time runs out, állow 10 minutes to náturálly releáse (do not releáse the upper pressure válve or turn it báck for 10 minutes). áfter 10 minutes, turn the pressure válve to releáse the remáining pressure. Be cáreful to open the upper párt of your body, ánd set it áside.
  4. Using oven gloves or á towel, remove the rice bowl from án instánt pán; cárefully tie the rice with á fork ánd set áside. Using á clámp, remove the shelf ábove the chicken. Remove the chicken breást ánd tránsfer it to á cutting boárd. Broken chicken using 2 forks. áfter shredding, ádd the chicken báck to the instánt pán to ábsorb the cooking liquid. Stir to combine.
For extrá sáuce:
  1. Mix áll the extrá sáuce ingredients in á smáll cup or bowl ánd set áside.
For presentátion:
  1. Serve chicken over rice * ánd top with cábbáge, tomátoes, leeks, ánd ádditionál sáuce.
