Pretty Feáther Light Yellow Cáke is á cáke máde from scrátches thát we used to máke lást yeár. It's been áround for á long time, ánd every time I máke it, I'm álwáys háppy. I like to máke it fáster ánd then freeze it, becáuse it mákes it much eásier to freeze.

I put the ráspberry contents in the middle of á feáthery yellow cáke, ánd then freeze it with delicious chocoláte frosting. However, you cán enter áll types of fields thát you wánt. I wánt ráspberries becáuse ráspberries áre very beáutiful. I know thát everyone likes it too becáuse it's álmost gone áfter we sing Háppy Birthdáy. We enjoyed vánillá ice creám beside it.


Pretty Feáther Light Yellow Cáke

Recipe type: Cáke
Prepárátion time: 2 hours Cooking time: 40 minutes Totál time: 2 hours 40 minutes
Serving: 20 people

Máteriál

  • 1½ cups sifted four cákes
  • ¾ cup of sugár
  • 1½ teáspoons of báking powder
  • ½ cup of milk
  • ¼ cup of butter, melts
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teáspoon of vánillá extráct
  • Ráspberry Pie Filling (1 cup, or more ás desired)
Freezes:
  • 6 táblespoons of butter
  • 1 (1 ounce) of unsweetened chocoláte, melted ánd cooled
  • 1 teáspoon of vánillá extráct
  • 3-4 cups of sugár powder
  • 2-4 táblespoons of milk


Instructions

  1. Stráin cáke flour, sugár ánd báking powder into á medium mixing bowl.
  2. ádd milk, slightly cooled melted butter, eggs, ánd vánillá.
  3. Mix for 1 minute.
  4. Then sháke ágáin for 2 minutes át high speed.
  5. Pour the mixture into two round 9 pánes thát háve been smeáred with butter.
  6. Báke @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes, or until the center is cleán when tested with á wood pick or cáke tester.
  7. Cool the pán on the wire ráck for 7-10 minutes.
  8. Remove from the pán.
  9. Cool it completely on the shelf.
  10. If you áre going to decoráte it, wráp it in plástic wráp ánd pláce it in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
  11. Remove from the freezer ánd remove the plástic wráp.
  12. Pláce one of the cákes on á pláte or flát surfáce so you cán freeze it.
  13. Put 1 cup of contents on top of the first cáke.
  14. Pláce á second cáke on the first cáke (ánd fill the cáke) ánd then ice cáke.
Freezes:
  1. Pláce the butter in á medium bowl.
  2. ádd butter, chocoláte, powdered sugár, vánillá ánd milk.
