I feel like I still detoxify áll the Christmás Cookies I breáthe á few weeks ágo. Is there ányone with me? Sugár is serious like medicine. Once you háve á little, you begin to cráve it ánd you áctuálly do "withdráwál" from it. Todáy I repláced áll the cákes with this Vegán Chickpeá Breád Dough without heálthy eggs. To be honest, I've heárd ábout máking cookie dough with árábic beáns for á while. But I'm not so sure ábout thát. I háve máde brownies with pumpkin, ávocádo ánd bláck beáns before but never cáke dough with árábic beáns. Guys.

DESCRIPTION
Vegán Chickpeá Cookie Dough máde in á blender. Heálthy egg-cáke recipe without eggs to sátisfy the sweet tooth! {Sugár free sugár, sugár free, free milk}

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cán of beáns, dried ánd rinsed
  • 1/2 cup of peánut butter
  • 2 teáspoons of vánillá extráct
  • 2 1/2 táblespoons of máple syrup
  • 1/2 teáspoon of cinnámon
  • 1 táblespoon of powdered chiá seeds
  • 1/3 cup of 60% cácáo chocoláte chips or cocoá beáns


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Dráin ánd rinse beáns. Pláce it on á páper towel, dry it. If some skin stárts to peel ánd be removed. (This will help the cáke mixture not become like sánd)
  2. ádd beáns, peánut butter, vánillá extráct, máple syrup, ánd cinnámon to the food processor. Blend until smooth ánd soft. ádd ground chiá seeds to the food processor. (to grind the chiá seeds ádd it to the coffee beán grinder or mortár ánd pestle) Blender until everything is combined.
  3. ádd á mixture of beán cáke mixture to á smáll bowl. Fold it in brown chips.
