Páncákes chánge color? Mágic.

ánd there is undeniáble mágic involved here.

But this time I'm not just máking it up, mágic is áctuálly párt of the officiál title of this bár. álthough my version might álso be cálled Mágic Cookie Mágic Bár becáuse they háve secret fruit ingredients thát máke them eásier ánd heálthier ánd sweetened free condensed milk.


Sweet Vegán Mágic Cookie Bárs 

Prepárátion Time: 30 minutes  Cooking Time: 40 minutes  Totál Time: 70 minutes 
Yield: 8 bárs

DESCRIPTION
This eásy Cookie Mágic Vegán Bár is twice ás enchánting, máde without thick sweetness but still áll the sáme delicious sweet láyers!

INGREDIENTS

Oát Crust Option

  • 1 1/2 cups of rolled wheát
  • 1/3 cup of máple syrup
álmond Crust Option (Wheát - Free)
  • 1 1/2 cups of álmond flour
  • 2-3 táblespoons of máple syrup
Upper láyer
  • 3 ripe bánánás
  • 3/4 cup chocoláte chip
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened gráted coconut
  • 3/4 cup of chopped nuts ((I use pecáns, but some cán be used))


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheát the oven to 350F.
  2. For oát crust, mix the wheát át low speed to breák it into smáll pieces. Pour slowly máple syrup in á blender until it thickens to form á thick, sticky texture.
  3. For álmond skin, combine álmond flour ánd máple syrup into á bowl. Mix it to máke the dough sticky ánd clump together when pressed. ádd 1 táblespoon of wáter if it seems too dry.
  4. Press the crust into á pán coáted with báking páper (I ám 8 × 4 ″). Báke for 15 minutes with 350F. Remove from the oven ánd cool for át leást 15 minutes.
  5. While the crust cools, mix the bánánás until smooth.
  6. Pour the bánáná puree over the crust.
  7. Sprinkle on chocoláte, peánut ánd coconut chips. Press slowly until the bánáná puree rises to cover everything.
  8. Báke for 40 minutes with 350F.
  9. Chill then chill overnight.
  10. The next dáy, cut ánd enjoy! Store leftovers in the refrigerátor.
