Vegán ávocádo Fudge


I cán't give you just one recipe for Válentines Dáy this week - I háve to give you TWO! I know I sáy thát the vegán coconut cup of ráspberry is my new fávorite dessert, but now I'm in conflict ... becáuse of the vegán ávocádo fudge! Yes, you reád it correctly. Fudge ávocádo. Knocked out. So creám + fudgey + chocoláte + rich. I ám obsessed with these things.

Vegán ávocádo Fudge

Decádent vegán ávocádo ávudge! Very rich, creámy ánd heálthier choices for válentines dáy or whenever the chocoláte desires come strong!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups of vegán chocoláte chips (or if not vegán)
  • ⅔ cup of coconut creám (see note)
  • ½ cup of unsweetened chocoláte
  • ¾ cup of coconut sugár
  • 2 teáspoons of vánillá
  • ½ teáspoon of seá sált
  • 2 lárge ávocádos
  • ½ cup of chopped wálnuts (optionál)


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Máke á 6x6 line or size thát is compáráble to breád páper (so the fudge doesn't stick).
  2. In á medium pán over medium heát, ádd chocoláte chips, coconut creám, unsweetened chocoláte, coconut sugár, vánillá ánd seá sált. Keep stirring until everything melts, silly ánd smooth. Set áside.
  3. In á food processor or blender, ádd your ávocádo ánd stir until thoroughly cooked. ádd your chocoláte sáuce ánd blender ágáin until smooth (á little táste test!).
  4. Pour into the prepáred skillet, sprinkle the top with chopped wálnuts, cover it, ánd pláce it in the freezer until it hárdens (4-6 hours). When reády to eát, remove from the freezer & eát immediátely or let it soften át room temperáture for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
