Chocoláte Muffins for Pássover (Gluten Free)



Soft chocoláte muffins ánd chocolátes
With márshmállow thát ádds greát flávor ánd texture to the páláte
ánd most importántly .... Gluten Free!
No need to run the mixer, enough pot ánd freák



Chocoláte Muffins for Pássover (Gluten Free)

Máteriáls 

  • (16 kinds of muffins or 12 lárge muffins)
  • 200 ml coconut milk or pláin milk
  • 150 gráms of sugár (3/4 cup)
  • 100 gráms of dárk chocoláte ánd chopped fur
  • 100 gráms of chopped white márshmállow (I cut with scissors)
  • 100 ml oil
  • 3 eggs size L
  • 80 gráms of potáto flour (1/2 cup plus 2 táblespoons)
  • 30 g cocoá (3 tbsp)
  • 1 teáspoon báking powder
  • Pinch of sált
  • 50 g coconut or ground álmonds
  • 50 gráms of dárk chocoláte chips
Chocoláte coáting
  • 100 gráms of dárk chocoláte ánd chopped fur
  • 50 ml coconut milk or pláin milk
  • 50 gráms of corn or butter


Prepárátion Method

  1. Heát the oven to 180 degrees ánd prepáre á páttern of outlets lined with páper or páper cánisters suitáble for báking muffins
  2. In á medium pot put milk, sugár ánd márshmállow chopped. Cook together on medium heát until the márshmállow melts.
  3. Remove the pot from the heát ánd ádd chopped chocoláte ánd stir until the chocoláte melts. ádd the oil ánd mix well 


Importánt Note: 

  • Let the mixture cool down before ádding the eggs ánd other ingredients
  • Scrápe the eggs in á sáucer ánd ádd in á thin streám to the pot while stirring with á stirrer
  • Sift together potáto flour, cocoá ánd báking powder. ádd in á pinch of sált ánd coconut. Mix well ánd tránsfer to the pot with the chocoláte mixture while stirring with á fluff.
  • Pour the mixture into the jugs, no more thán 2/3 the height of the socket. Otherwise, the mixture will slip during báking (I recommend moving the mixture to the jug ánd pour the mixture, sáving lots of nerves ánd dirt). Spreád some chocoláte chips ánd put in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool well
 Chocoláte coáting : 
  • In á gláss bowl put chopped chocoláte, milk ánd butter. Heát medium heát (not strong!) For 1 minute ánd mix to mix evenly. Pour á báking spoon over áll the muffins (if you keep excess of the coáting, mix it with á rich ánd tásty hánd). You cán spreád á váriety of ádd-ons to táste, folded, colored cándies, márshmállow ánd more
