Delicious Mini Káhluá Cheesecáke

If you like cheesecáke, ánd like Káhluá, then this rich ánd delicious Káhluá Cheesecáke needs to be ádded to your "must be máde" list!


This yeár, one of the new recipes thát I ádded to the dessert menu is á delicious recipe for this Káhluá Cheesecáke. Usuálly I use my Mini Cheesecáke Pán to máke 12 perfect little cheesecákes. Máking cheesecáke in á mini cheesecáke pán wás á little extrá work át first, but they looked extrá good in the look of the dessert ánd máde perfect smáll portions.

Don't hesitáte to duplicáte the recipe listed to máke one lárge cheesecáke (9 ″), but since I háven't done this with this recipe, I'm not sure ábout the time of báking.


Delicious Mini Káhluá Cheesecákes

This rich ánd delicious recipe mákes 12 mini cheesecákes (2 ").

Ingredients:

Crust -

  • 11 Chocoláte sándwich (Oreo)
  • 2 táblespoons of butter chállenge
Fill in -
  • 2 oz. hálf sweet chocoláte
  • 12 oz. (1 ánd 1/2 páckáges) Chállenge creám cheese
  • 1/4 cup of sugár
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teáspoon of vánillá
  • 1/4 cup of Káhluá (coffee drink)


Direction:

  1. Prepáre the skillet cheesecáke by rubbing the inside of eách cheesecáke well with lightly oiled páper towels.
  2. Preheát the oven to 350 * F.
Máke á crust
  1. Melt the butter in á smáll bowl. Pláce án oreo cookie in á lárge ziplock type bág, ánd smásh it using á rolling pin. Pláce crushed cáke crumbs in á medium-sized bowl ánd combine with melted butter. ádd ábout 1 táblespoon of crust mixture to eách of the 12 mini cheesecáke wells. Páck crumbs using á gláss bottle or gláss spice bottle. Báke the crust for 10 minutes in á preheáted oven.
Fill in the contents
  1. Melt chocoláte in á smáll bowl ánd set áside.
  2. In án electric mixer bowl, mix creám cheese until it's very smooth. ádd sugár ánd continue to blend until fully mixed. ádd the eggs ánd vánillá, ánd continue to sháke, while scrápping the sides of the bowl ás needed. ádd melted chocoláte, ánd mix. While blending, ádd Káhluá. Sháke ánother 30 seconds or more.
  3. Reduce the oven temperáture to 250 * F.
  4. Open á lárge ziplock bág ánd pláce it in á lárge gláss, pull the sides of the bág onto the gláss. ádd the cheesecáke to fill the bág, then close the bág. Snip off one corner of the bág, ánd fill eách pot of cheesecáke á little more thán 3/4 full with filling. If there is á little extrá, you cán báke it with á smáll rámekin for á little "tester"
  5. Pláce the pán of cheesecáke in á 250 * F oven ánd báke the cheesecáke until the filling is set, 22-25 minutes. Pláce the pán on á wire cooling ráck ánd állow it to cool to room temperáture, then pláce the whole pán in the refrigerátor for ábout 4 hours before removing the cheesecáke from the pán.
  6. áfter cold, cárefully remove the cheesecáke from the pán (press on the bottom thát cán be removed from eách hole). Store the cheesecáke in the refrigerátor until it's reády to be served. Decoráte with whipped creám, chocoláte-coáted espresso beáns, ánd á sprinkling of cinnámon or brown powder.
