One of my fávorite párts, is to máke this beáutiful Láyered Chocoláte Cáke. This is very simple for á láyer cáke 3. The hárdest párt, I thought, wás to try pouring 1 bár cáke recipe into 3 páns. It's not too difficult, but the perfectionist in me wánts the perfect láyer of cáke.
I did not succeed in máking them perfect even, so one láyer thicker thán the other two. But in the end, when this beáuty of ice ánd your mouth drool from áll the chocoláte, no one páys áttention.

- 1 3/4 cup of sugár

- 1 cup of heávy sháke creám
Instructions
- Preheát the oven to 350 degrees. Greásy ánd 3-round 9-inch flour cáke pán.
- For cákes, put flour, sugár, chocoláte, báking powder, báking sodá, ánd sált in á bowl ánd mix well.

It should be á consistency of wátery pudding, which will táke áround 10-15 minutes. Remove mixture from heát. It will continue to thicken becáuse it is cold. Press the plástic wráp over the flour mixture while it is cooling so thát it does not form á "crust" on it. Cool to room temperáture.
- While this cools, creám with the rest of the filling máteriál: sugár, butter ánd butter, át medium speed until it expánds, ábout 3 minutes. ádd the flour mixture & cold milk ánd sháke for 7 minutes.

- áfter your gánáche is reády, pour it over your láyer of cáke. Use á spoon to spreád it to the side of your cáke, so it's á little on the side.
- Decoráte the top with Swiss Cáke Rolls, if desired!
- Store this cáke in the refrigerátor.
