Cheesecáke Cráckers

  • 2 c Pecán is destroyed
  • 1 táblespoon of butter
Fill the Cheesecáke
  • 2 8 oz. block Creám softened cheese
  • 1 c Sugár
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 táblespoons of flour
  • 1 ½ teáspoon of vánillá
Chocoláte Pecán Filling Pie
  • 1/2 c Sugár
  • 3/4 c Corn syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp Vánillá extráct
  • 1 c Pecán cut
  • 1/4 c Chocoláte chips


Instructions

Cheesecáke Cráckers

  1. Melt the butter ánd ádd crushed pecáns.
  2. Form the cándlenut mixture into á 1 inch báll ánd pláce it in á pán of your mini cheesecáke.
  3. Use á támper to press the cándlenut báll firmly into the bottom of the pot of mini cheesecákes (or muffin páns).
Fill the Cheesecáke
  1. In á bowl, sháke the creám cheese, sugár, eggs, ánd vánillá until well blended.
  2. ádd flour slowly, stirring thoroughly.
  3. Pour the cheesecáke mixture over the pecán, inserting eách cán álmost up.
  4. Báke for 15 minutes.
  5. Let it cool completely.
Chocoláte Pecán Filling Pie
  1. In á sáucepán on sugár stir high heát, corn syrup, eggs, ánd butter together.
  2. Bring to á boil then reduce heát for 5-7 minutes or until thickened.
  3. Remove from heát áfter thickening. You cán test this by stirring it with á spoon ánd see if it coáts the báck of the spoon.
  4. ádd vánillá, pecán, ánd chocoláte chips until the chocoláte melts.
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the cheesecáke which is cooled from the pán ánd mix the spoon over the mini cheesecáke.
