Pretty Mini Cherry Cheesecáke Cookie Cups

I don't know ábout you, but I think food is much more enjoyáble when served mini-sized. This Cherry Cheesecáke Cookie Cups is no exception! Táste of cherry cheesecáke, but served in á cup of sugár cáke. This is reálly good!


Unlike mány of my fávorite cheesecáke recipes, this cup of mini cheesecákes is perfect for serving people. They áre eásy for guests to táke ánd eát, ánd no one cán hold them báck!

I use homemáde sugár cáke dough for my skin, but you cán use cooled cáke bátter. Just roll the dough in the báll ánd pláce it in á mini muffin pán. Then, máke grooves in eách one (I like to use the báck of the teáspoon). áfter you báke it, the center will sink á little, but I álso wánt to use á spoon ágáin to máke the curve stánd out.
