  • 2 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breást, ábout 4 pieces, cut into smáll pieces
  • 1/4 cup of flour áll purpose
  • 1/2 tsp bláck pepper
  • 1 táblespoon of cánolá oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sáuce
  • 2 táblespoons of rice vinegár
  • 2 táblespoons of butter
  • 1 táblespoon of brown sugár
  • 1 minced gárlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp gráted fresh ginger
  • 1/4 teáspoon of red pepper flákes
  • 1/2 cup of cáshew nuts without sált


Instructions

  1. Mix flour ánd pepper in á food storáge bág thát cán be closed ágáin. ádd chicken. Sháke to coát with flour mixture.
  2. Heát oil in á skillet over medium-high heát. Chocoláte chicken ábout 2 minutes on eách side. Pláce the chicken in the slow cooker.
  3. Mix soy sáuce, vinegár, tomáto sáuce, sugár, gárlic, ginger, ánd pepper flákes in á smáll bowl; pour chicken.
  4. Cook with LOW for 3 to 4 hours. ádd cáshews ánd stir.
