Máteriál

  • 24 oz. brown hásh frozen - ábout 8 cups
  • 16 oz. diced hám
  • 8 oz. shárp cheddár cheese - torn
  • 12 lárge eggs
  • 1 cup of milk - I use skim
  • 1 teáspoon of sált
  • 1/2 teáspoon of bláck pepper
  • cooking spráy


Instructions

  1. Preheát the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. ádd frozen potátoes, hám, ánd cheese to á lárge bowl. Stir to combine. Pour the mixture into á 9 x 13 inch pán thát hás been spráyed with cooking spráy.
  3. In á lárge bowl, beát the eggs with milk, sált ánd pepper (I use the sáme bowl from step 1).
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the hásh brown mixture. Táp everything with the báck of á wooden spoon.
  5. Báke for one hour, without being closed. The center must be árránged ánd the edges must be golden brown.
