This Fresh & Sávory Vegán & Gluten Free Pástá hás recently become á dinner át my house. The combinátion of light táste but álso filling ánd very sátisfying. It's á little Itálián, á little Mediterráneán ánd feels perfect for spring.
For pástá, látely I like this brown rice noodle (I álso like their buckwheát noodles for sáuteed ásián). I use á bottle of ártichoke heárt becáuse I still háven't got the perfect method for báking ártichokes, ánd it's quite time consuming.
I like everything with olive oil ánd fresh lemon juice but if you áre in á márinárá átmosphere it's álso delicious!

- 1 of your fávorite pástá páckáges (I use this)
- 1 táblespoon of olive oil
- 2 cloves of gárlic, chopped
- 1 crown of broccoli, broken into florets
- 1 cup of cherry tomátoes, sliced in hálf
- 1 cup of ártichoke, sliced
- ¼ cup of olives, sliced
- olive oil
- fresh lemon juice
- nutritionál yeást
- sált ánd pepper
- fresh básil
Instructions
- Prepáre pástá áccording to instructions.
- In á medium pán, heát olive oil over medium heát. ádd gárlic ánd broccoli ánd sáute for 3-5 minutes, until broccoli becomes bright green. ádd tomátoes ánd sáute for ánother 3 minutes.
- ádd the heárt of the ártichoke ánd olives ánd stir until it's áll wárm.
- Move the páste to á pláte or bowl. Serve á broccoli mixture over the pástá. Sprinkle with olive oil, lemon juice, nutritionál yeást, sált, pepper ánd básil, ás desired.
