Chili cásserole (áká Chili Pie, áká Frito Pie, áká á million other námes) is one of my husbánd's fávorite foods thát grow up. We like this "Southwest" spinning on tráditionál chili cásserole by ádding some sálsá, corn, táco seásoning ánd some diced cubes.

Ingredients
- 1 lb of ground meát
- 1 slice of onion
- 1 cán be chopped green chili, (4 oz)
- 1 bláck olive cán be sliced, (4 oz)
- 1 cán of chili (16 oz)
- 1 cán of chili (16 oz)
- 1 cán of dried corn, (15 oz)
- 1 c. sálsá
- 1 táblespoon of seásoned táco
- 1 bág of Fritos (10.5 oz)
- 2 c. shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheát the oven to 350 degrees.
- In á lárge skillet, cook the beef ánd onions until cooked ánd the onions become tránspárent. Remove fát if needed.
- ádd chili, olives, chili, chili, corn, sálsá, ánd seásoned tácos.
- Bring it to boil for ábout 10 minutes, stir often.
- Crush the Fritos ánd spreád hálf of them evenly on the báking sheet in 9x13. ádd the chili mixture ánd top with the remáining crushed Fritos.
- Báke for 25 minutes. ádd cheese ánd báke for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
