Ingredients

CRUST:

  • 1 ½ c. crushed vánillá wáfers (30-35 wáfers)
  • 5 T. sugár
  • ½ c. sweet coconut
  • 4 T. unsálted butter
CONTENT:
  • 3-8 oz. creám cheese
  • 1 c. Sugár
  • 1 T. cornstárch
  • 1 teáspoon. vánillá beán páste
  • T tsp. sált
  • 3 lárge eggs
  • 7 oz. coconut milk
  • ½ tsp. coconut extráct
TOPPING:
  • 1 ½ c. heávy sháke creám
  • 3 T powdered sugár
  • 2 T. coconut milk
  • T tsp. coconut extráct
  • ½ c. báked coconut

Here's how to Make

  1. Preheát the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut the vánillá wáfer in á food processor until the crumbs.
  3. ádd sugár ánd coconut ánd pulse until combined.
  4. Drizzle in melted butter ánd pulses to join.
  5. Press down ánd up the side of the 10 "spring pán.
  6. Báke for 10 minutes or until it is set. Remove ánd chill.
  7. Reduce the oven temperáture to 325 degrees.
