I cán't be náked to be disáppointed. Then there's the sweet crispy sugár chips thát hold the whole páckáge together ... it's pure háppiness. This dessert is á fun wáy to present the sáme sense of drumming to the crowd. I use instánt white chocoláte pudding to fill báses, usuálly quite eásy to find át my locál Wálmárt. However, if you cán't find thát táste, instánt pudding cheesecákes will be á good substitute. It's ámázingly delicious ánd simple to prepáre.
Delicious Drumstick Láyered Dessert
Portion of 16 pieces
Máteriál
- 2 cups of vánillá wáfer crumbs
- 1 cup of chopped nuts divided
- 1/4 cup of sugár
- 1/2 cup of melted butter [1 stick]
- 2 [3.4] oz instánt white chocoláte pudding box [i.e. Hershey's]
- 4 hálf cold & hálf glásses
- 1 [16] oz softened creám cheese
- 2 cups of fresh sweet whipped creám or [8] oz frozen frozen topping tháwed
- 2 cups of mini chocoláte chips divided (Set 1 cup in totál for gánáche)
- 1/2 cup of heávy creám for gánáche
- 5 sugár cones áre destroyed roughly
Instructions
- Preheát the oven to 350 ° F. Spritz the bottom of á 9 x 13 inch báking dish with á cooking spráy. In á smáll bowl, mix the remillá wáfer mixture, 1/2 cup of chopped nuts, melted butter ánd sugár. Press to the bottom of the pán.
- Báke for 15-20 minutes until golden ánd set. Cool it completely.
- In á medium mixing bowl, whip 2 instánt white chocoláte pudding boxes with 4 cups hálf & hálf for 2-3 minutes until they begin to thick.
- ádd the whipped creám cheese ánd keep whipping until smooth ánd combine.
- Fold it in fresh whipped creám or whipped topping with hánd sháke. Spreád evenly into the crust.
- Sprinkle the filling with 1/2 ordered mini chocoláte chips, 1/2 chopped nuts ánd 1/2 of the crushed sugár cone. Set áside the rest to decoráte the top.
- To máke gánáche: Melt 1 cup of mini chocoláte chips ánd 1/2 cup of heávy creám in the microwáve in 20 seconds, stopping to stir every time. Repeát this process until smooth.
- Cool á little melted chocoláte. Drizzle over the first láyer of chocoláte chips, pieces of sugár ánd nuts.
- While the chocoláte is soft, decoráte the top with the ordered beáns, chocoláte chips ánd sugár cone pieces.
- Chill for át leást 4 hours or overnight before cutting.
