Delicious Chocoláte Ecláir Cáke

  • 1 14.4 ounces of boxed gráhám honey cráckers (you cán álso use chocoláte biscuits, ánd will eát álmost áll biscuit boxes)
  • 2 3.4 ounces of French Vánillá Instánt Pudding
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 8 ounce cold whip contáiner
Freezes:
  • 1 stick of butter or 8 táblespoons or 1/2 cup
  • 1/4 cup of chocoláte
  • 7 táblespoons of milk
  • 1 teáspoon of vánillá extráct
  • 3 1/2 cups sugár powder
  • 1 cup of pecán or wálnuts (optionál)

Instructions

  1. Pláce á láyer of gráhám biscuits on the bottom of á 9 x 13 inch báking sheet
  2. Mix pudding with milk ánd cold whip ánd spreád hálf of it onto gráhám biscuits. Pláce ánother láyer of gráhám cráckers on top of the pudding ánd the rest of the pudding on the second láyer of biscuits. ádd one lást láyer of biscuits on it. Then ádd frosting.
Frosting instructions
  1. Bring butter, chocoláte, ánd milk to á boil in á pán on the stove. Remove ánd stir sugár, vánillá extráct ánd nuts. Spreád over the cáke.

Recipe Notes

  • It's better if you keep it in the refrigerátor for 24 hours before serving. You cán cut the recipe in two ánd it stáys good for á few dáys in the refrigerátor. We love it with fresh stráwberries.
