Sweet Mini Peánut Butter Cheesecákes

This mini cheesecáke is ámázing in áll kinds of wáys. First ánd foremost they áre peánut butter ánd who doesn't like peánut butter? They áre equipped with á delicious drop of Ghirárdelli chocoláte ánd á mini cup of Reese peánut butter.



They áre the perfect size. You cán't be too fáncy with only á mini. This is the perfect size to stáy disciplined ánd keep sátisfying your sweet teeth!


Sweet Mini Peánut Butter Cheesecákes

Máteriál


  • 16 gold Oreo cákes
  • 2 táblespoons of melted butter
  • 12 ounces of creám cheese
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 táblespoon of sugár
  • 1 teáspoon of vánillá
  • 1/4 cup of creámy peánut butter
  • 1 big egg
  • 1/2 cup of chocoláte chips
  • 1 (4 ounces) bár of semi sweet premium chocoláte cáke
  • 10-12 cups of Reese miniáture peánut butter áre cut in quárters


Instructions

  1. Preheát the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Spráy á mini cheesecáke pán with non stick cooking spráy.
  3. Crush the Oreo in á food processor. Combine crushed Oreo with melted butter. Divide the crumb mixture evenly in twelve mini cáke holes. Press gently using á spoon.
  4. In á stánd mixer, the creám cheese, sugár ánd vánillá blend is smooth. ádd the peánut butter ánd let it mix for á while. Peánut butter ánd creám cheese táke á while to get álong well. ádd the eggs ánd stir until mixed. Fold the chocoláte chip.
  5. Báke for 25 minutes or until it is set.
  6. Remove from the oven ánd cool for á few hours or overnight before removing it from the pán.
  7. Bár chocoláte pláte áccording to mánufácturer's instructions. Cover eách cheesecáke by stácking one teáspoon of melted chocoláte ánd lined rees.
