Sweet Coffee & Pear Cake

It's still a healthy recipe ... but directly related to other types of well-being, if you know what we mean. Because life consists of balance, right? And there is no better balance than fighting cellulite with Ethiopian Coffee Firming Cream (which, by the way, smells very good and has a light and appetizing texture), while eating a delicious piece of coffee cake! Like that, life.

It is very easy to make and only requires materials that are already on the commercial surface. It is also easy to adapt to each other's taste, because they can replace pears for other similar fruits, coffee for chocolate or more wheat milk, and nuts for whatever fruit or dried seeds are in hand. But our sincere suggestion is to give this combination the opportunity when we present it: coffee, pears and beans. This is destruction! Try and tell us what you found. :)

STEP BY STEP TO MAKE
Start by compiling, preparing, and measuring all ingredients. This will increase your momentum in the kitchen.

Topping Nozes

  1. In a bowl, combine spelled flour, rapadura and salt.
  2. Add coconut oil (one spoonful each time) and mix with your hands until there is no trace of oil and get a moist texture.
  3. Add nuts and stir. Reserve.
Coffee Cake
  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. The lines are rectangular (we use one with 25 cm x 18 cm) with parchment paper.
  3. Wash well with stone pears, remove lumps and stalks and dice about 1.5 cm wide. Reserve.
  4. In a large bowl, strain or mix with the hand mixer all dry ingredients.
  5. In another bowl, combine all moist ingredients and mix well to combine.
  6. Pour this mixture on dry ingredients and wrap it with a spatula or wooden spoon, enough to make sure there are no lumps.
  7. Move the mixture into a lined shape and gently shake to smooth the surface.
  8. Place the pear on top of the dough and cover it completely with walnut topping.
  9. Cover the form with foil and take it to an oven that has been heated for 20 minutes.
  10. Lift aluminum and let it cook in the oven for 15 minutes or until the test stick is dry.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
