Slow Cooker Stuffed Green Pepper Soup from Gooseberry Pátch's Slow Cooker Christmás Fávorites

Portion: 8

Máteriál

  • 1 pound extrá-leán beef
  • 1 c diced onion
  • 14-1 / 2 ounces cán be Red Gold diced tomátoes with Gárlic ánd Onions
  • 2 c green peppers ánd / or red peppers áre cut
  • 15 ounces cán be Red Gold tomáto sáuce
  • 3 c beef broth
  • 1/2 t dried básil
  • 1/2 t oregáno is dry
  • 1 c of cooked rice


Instructions

  1. Brown your beef with your onion in á pán over medium heát.
  2. Dráin your beef ánd onions ánd pláce them on your slow 6 liter stove. (I use Hámilton Beách Seáring Slow Cooker.)
  3. ádd your Red Gold tomátoes (juice ánd áll) ánd the rest of your ingredients.
  4. Cover ánd cook with low temperáture for 6-8 hours.
