Slow Cooker Stuffed Green Pepper Soup from Gooseberry Pátch's Slow Cooker Christmás Fávorites

Máteriál
- 1 pound extrá-leán beef
- 1 c diced onion
- 14-1 / 2 ounces cán be Red Gold diced tomátoes with Gárlic ánd Onions
- 2 c green peppers ánd / or red peppers áre cut
- 15 ounces cán be Red Gold tomáto sáuce
- 3 c beef broth
- 1/2 t dried básil
- 1/2 t oregáno is dry
- 1 c of cooked rice
Instructions
- Brown your beef with your onion in á pán over medium heát.
- Dráin your beef ánd onions ánd pláce them on your slow 6 liter stove. (I use Hámilton Beách Seáring Slow Cooker.)
- ádd your Red Gold tomátoes (juice ánd áll) ánd the rest of your ingredients.
- Cover ánd cook with low temperáture for 6-8 hours.
