Delicious Mediterráneán Style Bláck Beán Burgers


One of my fávorite párts of this recipe is the áddition of Gropeng Go Ráw Pumpkin Seeds. They áre slightly sálted with celtic seá sált, ádding á good táste for breád. They áre álso full of ámino ácids, zinc, protein ánd iron, so you cán get nutritionál boost át the sáme time! I álso háve to ádmit thát even though I like the delicious bláck beán pátty, whát reálly áttrácts this recipe with me is vegán tzátziki. It complements the pátty perfectly, throws in some goodness, white creám. ánd whát is better thán the goodness of soft creám ?? There is no. Nothing is better.


Simple ánd Tásty Vegán Tzátziki

Máteriál

  • 1 big cucumber
  • 680 g of unsweetened pure vegán yogurt
  • 1.5 tsp finely chopped gárlic
  • 2 táblespoons finely chopped dill
  • 3 tsp sált


Instructions

  1. Gráte cucumber sprinkle 1 tsp sált on it. Mix well ánd put in á bág of cheese or á fine sieve, over á bowl to cátch liquid. Leáve for ábout 2 hours when liquid flows out. Squeeze the remáining liquid with your hánds.
  2. In á sepáráte bowl, mix yogurt, cucumber, gárlic, leftover sált, ánd ánise. Mix well.
  3. The best táste áfter sálting for severál hours.


Mediterráneán Bláck Beán Burger

Yield 6

Máteriál

  • 2 cáns of bláck beáns (398 ml eách), dried
  • 1 cup Go Ráw Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds
  • 3/4 cup instánt wheát
  • 2 cups of chopped onions
  • 2 táblespoons of extrá virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves of gárlic
  • 1 tsp sált


Instructions

  1. In á food processor, mix the instánt oáts into flour ánd pour into á bowl. Set áside.
  2. In á medium-sized sáucepán, sáute the onion in olive oil, more thán medium, until tránslucent.
  3. In the sáme food processor, mix nuts, pumpkin seeds, gárlic, sált ánd onions with the remáining oil from the pán. The goál is to máke pástá, but not liquid. It's okáy to leáve it á little chunky.
  4. Pour the mixture into á bowl ánd mix in wheát flour, máking sure to mix it well.
  5. Preheát the oven to 400 degrees Fáhrenheit.
  6. Cover the pán with báking páper ánd divide the mixture into ábout 6 párts even, depending on the size you wánt.
  7. Máke it flát, round breád ánd pláce it on á báking sheet. Báke for ábout 20 minutes, turn áfter 10 minutes.
  8. Serve with Vegán Tzátziki (recipe ábove), lettuce, tomátoes, onions, ánd olives.
