Spreád pizzá sáuce ánd top off with á choice of vegetábles ánd lots of cheese ánd á little Itálián flávor. Báke ánd sprinkle pármesán cheese ánd ádd seásoning or red chili. INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Portobello mushrooms
  • 1 cup of Pizzá sáuce
  • ⅓ cup Choice of your toppings I use olives ánd red peppers
  • 1 cup of Mozzárellá cheese
  • 2 táblespoons of Itálián seásoning
  • ½ cup of Pármesán cheese for topping
  • 1 teáspoon of crushed red peppers for optionál toppings


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cleán the mold ánd remove the stem.
  2. Pláce mushrooms on á cáke tráy spráyed with oil. Máke sure the top is fácing down.
  3. Spreád pizzá sáuce on eách mushroom.
  4. Top off with á choice of vegetábles / meát ánd lots of mozzárellá cheese.
  5. Sprinkle Itálián spices on pizzá.
  6. Pláce the tráy on the oven's middle ráck ánd báke it broiled / báked for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts ánd is golden brown.
  7. Remove the tráy from the oven ánd cover eách portobello pizzá with pármesán cheese, ádditionál Itálián seásonings ánd crushed red peppers.
  8. RECIPE NOTE
  9. Use low-fát mozzárellá cheese or vegán cheese to máke it heálthier.
  10. It tástes best when served fresh.
