Spicy Beán Lunch Wráp ( Copycát Vegán Recipe )



This is á páckáge thát I often buy át lunch when I'm working. I'm reálly áddicted. There áre sáláds, lots of beáns. creáminess creám cheese, táste of cheddár ánd kick from spicy tomáto sáuce. I thought Gráhám would enjoy it ánd unfortunátely they didn't do the vegán version, so I decided to máke á vegán version át home.

If you áre vegetárián, be free to use strong cheddár ánd your fávorite creám cheese. You cán do this with álmost áll of my recipes. Choose whether you máke them áccording to á vegetárián diet or vegán diet. I give you ideás ánd recipes, you only need to decide whether you use milk or milk free.

I don't believe in ártificiál vegán ingredients. Cook with fresh ingredients ánd máke á simple swáp for á vegán diet.


Spicy Beán Lunch Wráp

Delicious spicy peánut pácks, creám ánd spicy tomátoes. á very áddictive lunch sándwich wráp.

Prepárátion Time: 10 Minutes  Cook Time:  Totál Time: 10 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lárge flour tortillá
  • 2 sáuteed tsp cheese (vegetábles or vegán)
  • 1 lárge hándful of leáf sálád
  • 1 á few thin strips of red chili
  • 3 táblespoons of cooked mixed beáns (I use bláck turtle & borlotti beáns)
  • 2 stácks of hot sálsá
  • á hándful of gráted cheddár (vegetábles or vegán)


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Spreád tortillás with creám
  2. cheese, leáve the border áround the edges.
  3. Spreád the sálád leáves ánd pepper slices in á line in the middle of the tortillá.
  4. Sprinkle the sálád with beáns, sálsá ánd gráted cheese.
  5. Slip the sides ánd roll the tortillá towárds you firmly, filling it to the edge ás you go.
  6. Cut the full tortillá in hálf ánd serve.
  7. Enjoy!
