Chocoláte Chip Cookie Crusted Cookie Dough Ice Creám Pie

Máteriál

For Pie Crust
  • 1 páckáge of 16.5 oz cooled chocoláte chip cáke dough I use Pillsbury
For edible cáke dough
  • 1/2 cup softened butter (1 stick)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugár
  • 1 tsp vánillá extráct
  • 1/2 tsp sált
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 milk TBSPs
  • 1 cup of mini chocoláte chips
For Ice Creám
  • 1 8 oz cold whip contáiner
  • 1 14 oz cán of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vánillá extráct


Instructions
  1. Preheát your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Press the cáke mixture pácked into á pie pán to máke "pie skin". Spráy á piece of áluminum foil with á cooking spráy ánd gently push the foil into the pán over the mixture. Weigh with dried beáns or coins. Cook for 25 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven ánd leáve the foil until the crust is reálly cold. Then remove the coin (or nut) ánd very gently pull the foil.
  4. While the pie pies áre báking, stárt máking edible cáke dough thát will be put in ice creám. Beát the butter ánd brown sugár to light ánd smooth.
  5. Beát in 1 tsp of vánillá ánd sált. Then slowly ádd flour until it is completely mixed, scráped ás needed.
  6. Finálly sháke in milk ánd stir slowly in the mini chocoláte chip.
  7. Máke á báking dish 10 times 15 inches with wáx páper ánd press the edible cáke mixture into it so thát it is one lárge flát section. Chill for án hour (or until your pie skin cools).
  8. When the crust is cooled ánd free of coins, nuts ánd áluminum foil, táke án edible cáke mixture out of the refrigerátor. Cut it in hálf. Then cut eách hálf into smáll pieces of bite ánd set áside two stácks.
