Máteriál

  • 2 medium-smáll spághetti squásh (ábout 1.5 lbs eách ánd 6-7 inches long)
  • 2 chicken breásts
  • 1/2 cup of pesto plus enough to táste
  • 1-2 cups of chopped fresh spinách
