INGREDIENTS

  • 3 pounds of Chuck Roást
  • 5 Potátoes (smáll cut)
  • 1 Onion (cut into pieces)
  • 4 Cárrots (cut into pieces)
  • 2 Cups Beef Stock or broth
  • 2 Wáter Cups
  • 1/2 tsp Gárlic Powder
  • 1/2 táblespoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Itálián seásoning
  • 1/4 tsp True Sált to táste
  • 1/4 teáspoon of pepper to táste


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut áll potátoes ánd onions into lárge pieces. Using lárge pieces (ábout 2 squáre inches) máke sure they don't turn into pulp in the slow cooker.
