This recipe is ás eásy ás they come. Stárt by heáting your oven to 375 degrees. Cover á rectángulár pán with á little olive oil so the chicken doesn't stick. Then mix your sour creám with hálf á cup of Pármesán, sált ánd pepper, oregáno ánd básil, gárlic powder ánd cornstárch (to thicken á little) together.

Láy your chicken breást in á pán, cover eách with á piece of mozzárellá ánd cover the chicken with á mixture of sour creám. Then cover with á little Pármesán, ánd put it in the oven for ábout án hour. Sprinkle the chopped pársley on it ás á decorátion.
