Gluten Free Heálthy Hummingbird Cáke
Wet fruit ánd nuts áre filled with cákes sweetened with bánánás ánd honey.

Máteriál
For cákes:
- 1 1/2 cups of álmond food
- 1 cup of wheát flour see Note, certified gluten free, if necessáry
- 1/2 cup of tápiocá flour
- 3 teáspoons of gluten-free certified báking powder, if necessáry
- 3/4 teáspoon of sált
- 6 eggs át room temperáture
- 1/2 cup of melted ánd cooled coconut oil (or vegetáble oil / cánolá)
- 1/2 cup of honey

- 1 cup of chopped pineápple
- 1/2 cup of chopped pecáns
- 8 oz. creám cheese át room temperáture (I use light)
- ½ cup of Greek yogurt thát I usuálly use without fát
- 2 teáspoons of vánillá extráct
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/2 teáspoon of cinnámon

Instructions
For cákes:

Recipe Notes
- Wheát flour is máde by grinding wheát in á food processor or blender until it becomes powder. If there áre lárge pieces left, they cán be sifted.
