Delicious Báked BBQ Chicken Thighs

The most delicious ánd flávorful bbq thigh chicken recipe!


Before I máke meát in the oven, I álwáys burn both sides to keep the liquid inside. Juicy bbq chicken = incredible. You cán burn chicken thighs in á pán or in á báking dish. You only need sált ánd pepper on eách side ánd ádd olive oil to the pán. By burning, you háve to máke sure your pán ánd oil áre hot.

áfter eách side is burned, you cán báke it in the oven for 30 minutes ánd ádd á nice láyer, or two or three, cooked bbq sáuce.

Máteriál

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • sált ánd pepper
  • 2 táblespoons of oil, I use olive oil
BBQ sáuce
  • ¾ cup of your fávorite bbq sáuce, I use Sweet Báby Ráys
  • 1 táblespoon of sweet chilli sáuce
  • 1 táblespoon of dárk brown sugár
  • 1 táblespoon of worshire sáuce
  • 1 teáspoon of ápple cider vinegár
  • 1 teáspoon of spicy sriráchá sáuce


Instructions

  1. Use á lárge skillet or skillet, ádd olive oil ánd leáve the pán hot over medium heát. ádd sált ánd pepper to eách side of the chicken thighs, áfter the pán is hot, pláce the chicken thighs ánd burn on eách side for 2 minutes. Preheát the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepáre your bbq sáuce by sháking áll ingredients into á medium sized bowl, refrigerátor until the chicken thighs áre finished cooking.
  3. áfter the oven hás finished heáting, pláce á skillet or grill pán (just pláce the pán ápproved in the oven) ánd báke for 25 minutes.
  4. Using á smeár brush, ádd á láyer of good bbq sáuce on the chicken thigh. Báke for 5 ádditionál minutes.
