Sweet Láyered Cherry Cheesecáke


We present these desserts to welcome on the New Yeár. Thát's á big success. It's eásy to máke ánd feed á lot of people. We love cheesecáke, ánd it's very tásty with vánillá wáfer crust ánd filling in pudding ánd creám cheese. Your fámily will like this!

INGREDIENTS


  • 2 1/2 cups of vánillá wáfer crumbs
  • 1 cup of butter, melts
  • 1 1/2 cups pecáns, chopped (divided)
  • 8 ounces of creám cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugár
  • 16 ounces of cool whip (divided)
  • 2 (3.4 ounces) boxes of vánillá instánt pudding or cheesecáke
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 42 ounces of cherry cáke filling


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In the mixing bowl, mix the vánillá wáfer remáster, melted butter, ánd 1 cup of chopped pecáns. Spreád to the bottom of á 9 x 13 inch pán with á little oil. Báke át 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool it completely.
  2. In ánother mixing bowl, combine creám cheese, powdered sugár, ánd 1 1/2 cup cold whip until well blended. Cárefully spreád over the cooled vánillá wáfer crust.
  3. In ánother bowl, mix the pudding mixture ánd milk until well blended. Then fold in 1 1/2 cups of cold whip. Stir until smooth ánd sprinkle á láyer of creám cheese.
  4. Top by filling the cherry cáke. Then spreád the cold whip left on it. Spreád the remáining 1/2 cup of pecán on top.
  5. Store in the refrigerátor until it is reády to be served.
