Brownies áre good on their own but with ávocádo chocoláte frosting, sunflower cárámel, coconut whipped creám ánd their chocoláte sáuce eleváted to the heálthiest chocoláte brownies.

These brownies áre vegán, páleo, refined sugár free, gluten free, vegetáble, peánut free, gráin free ánd oil free. It's á long list of diets but the máin point is they áre full of nutrients ánd delicious.

It máy look like á lot of máteriál but áll toppings áre just á cáse of mixing or mixing ánd you don't háve to use áll four - only one or two áre more thán enough!




Ultimáte Heálthy Brownie Recipes

INGREDIENTS

Brownie Mixed

  • 2 lb / 1 kg sweet potáto
  • 1 cup / 140g Sunflower seeds, soáked
  • 1 cup / 175g Dáte
  • 4 tbsp Cocoá / Cocoá powder
  • 1 cup / 120g Buckwheát or Coconut Flour
  • 4 táblespoons of Máple / Coconut syrup, or something similár
  • 3 táblespoons of Chiá seeds
  • 9 tbsp Wáter
  • 2 teáspoons of Cinnámon
  • á pinch of sált
Avocádo Chocoláte Frosting
  • 2 ávocádos
  • 4-6 tbsp Máple / Coconut syrup
  • 4 tbsp Cocoá / Cocoá powder
Coconut Whipped Creám
  • ½ cán get Sántán (full fát)
Chocoláte Sáuce
  • 1 táblespoon of Cocoá / Cocoá powder
  • 1 táblespoon of Máple syrup
  • 1 táblespoon of wáter
Cárámel Sunflower
  • 2 táblespoons sunflower seeds, soáked
  • 2 táblespoons coconut sugár
  • 6 táblespoons of wáter


METHOD

  1. Preheát the oven to 180 C / 350 F.
  2. Báke the sweet potátoes for ábout hálf án hour until soft. Leáve it to cool then peel the skin so thát you live only with meát.
  3. Soák the chiá seeds in 9 táblespoons of wáter. Soák the sunflower seeds for át leást 10 minutes then rinse ánd dráin.
  4. Pláce áll the brownies in á food processor for 2-3 minutes until they breák.
