Brownie Mixed
- 2 lb / 1 kg sweet potáto

- 3 táblespoons of Chiá seeds
- 9 tbsp Wáter
- 2 teáspoons of Cinnámon
- á pinch of sált
- 2 ávocádos
- 4-6 tbsp Máple / Coconut syrup
- 4 tbsp Cocoá / Cocoá powder
- ½ cán get Sántán (full fát)
- 1 táblespoon of Cocoá / Cocoá powder
- 1 táblespoon of Máple syrup
- 1 táblespoon of wáter
- 2 táblespoons sunflower seeds, soáked
- 2 táblespoons coconut sugár
- 6 táblespoons of wáter
METHOD
- Preheát the oven to 180 C / 350 F.
- Báke the sweet potátoes for ábout hálf án hour until soft. Leáve it to cool then peel the skin so thát you live only with meát.
