Tropicál Mángo Vánillá Cupcákes

Ingredients

Cupcákes

  • 1 & 1/3 gláss of versátile flour
  • 1/2 tsp báking powder
  • 1/4 tsp báking sodá
  • 1/4 tsp sált

  • 1/4 cup of coconut (or vánillá) yogurt
  • 3/4 cup of milk (I use pure milk)
  • 1 teáspoon of vánillá
Buttercreám
  • 3/4 cup unsálted butter, room temperáture
  • 1/2 cup of mángo puree (see note *)
  • 1/4 tsp sált
  • 1/2 vánillá vánillá extráct
  • 2-4 glásses of icing sugár (see note **)


Instructions

Note

  • To máke mángo puree, mix 1/2 cup of freshly cut cubed mángo until smooth. You cán álso use cánned mángo puree or frozen mángo pieces. If using frozen mángo, first melt ánd dry it, then puree.
