Crock Pot Spághetti Squásh with Meátbálls

I know I sáy this á lot, but seriously ... This super-fást Squásh Pot Spághetti Squásh with Meátbálls is the BEST. RECIPE. EVER.



There áre severál reásons why this is the best recipe ever -

3. Reálly, there's no denying the best spághetti squásh I've ever eáten. Very soft, moist ánd flávorful.

Stárt by cutting the wáshed spághetti squásh in hálf ánd táking the seeds ánd membráne.

Pláce the spághetti squásh át the bottom of the pot, then pour it in á bottle of your fávorite spághetti sáuce. I only use one, but if you like sáucy extrás, don't hesitáte to use more.
Then ádd some frozen meátbálls. I use Itálián style beef meátbálls, but feel free to ádjust it to your táste too. You cán even use your own recipe for meátbálls if you wánt!

áfter 3 hours át high, or 5 hours át low, the pumpkin will be reády. Use á few tongs to pull the pumpkin onto the cutting boárd, then use á delicious fork to evisceráte. Remove pumpkin shells.

Whát's left in the crock pot is sáuce ánd meátbálls, reády for you to dress up your spághetti squásh.

  • 1 medium to lárge spághetti squásh, wáshed
  • 1 bottle of spághetti sáuce, your fávorite táste (more if desired)
  • 3 cups frozen meátbálls


Instructions

  1. Cut spághetti squásh into hálf the center. Use á spoon to remove the seeds ánd membránes. Pláce the side pieces in á lárge crock pot.
  2. Pour spághetti sáuce áround the sides of the pumpkin ánd then pláce your meát bálls áround the sides too.
  3. Cook for 5-6 hours, or high for 3-4 hours. Test máturity by piercing the pumpkin with á fork, if it pásses through the skin eásily, it is done.
  4. Use á clámp to lift the pumpkin cárefully from the crock pot. Use á fork to pull áll the pumpkins, remove the shell.
  5. Serve with sáuce ánd meátbálls from the crock pot. Enjoy!
