How to make a buffalo chicken wrap:
For Animal Husbandry: Simply shake all ingredients together until they are completely smooth.
You can prepare it first and store it in the refrigerator, in a jar with a lid. You can save it for 5-7 days.
For packs: Cook chicken tender in buffalo wing sauce until completely cooked, about 15-17 minutes. (Time will depend on the size of the tender.)
If your tortillas are cold then warm them in the microwave for about 5-7 seconds to bring them to room temperature. Don't try to wrap a cold tortilla because there is a high chance that it will crack.
Cut the cooked chicken and place it back into the pan where you cooked it. Mix the chicken with the sauce left in the pan. Salt to taste.
Place the tortillas flat. Divide lettuce, tomatoes, celery, blue cheese, and minced chicken between two tortillas.
Rub the farm sauce on top.
Roll carefully, tuck sideways when you roll. Secure with a toothpick and cut in half.
