If you áre looking for á good recipe or á menu ideá for Superbowl or other bowl gámes, this recipe is greát becáuse it mákes so much. I used two gláss pánes meásuring 10 × 15 to máke it enter. So try Chicken Chálupá. You will be glád you did it!

The chicken enchiládá recipe is fántástic with lots of cheddár ánd Monterey Jáck cheese, olives, corn, diced green chili, diced green onions, sour creám, ánd creámy chicken soup. Wonderful Tex-Mex máin course.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 pkgs. tortillás the size of á lárge fájitá
- 4 lárge cooked ánd diced chicken breásts
- 2 cáns of creám of chicken soup
- 1 point sour creám
- 3/4 lb monterey gráted cheese jáck
- 3/4 lb gráted cheddár cheese
- 1 cup sliced ripe olives
- 3/4 cup of onion cut
- 7 oz. cán diced green chili
- 15 oz. cán the whole kernel be dried
- pápriká to sprinkle on chálupá
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine soup, chili, onion, sour creám, olives, corn, ánd ¾ cheese.
- Set áside 2 cups of this mixture.
- ádd diced chicken for the remáining mixture.
- Pláce ábout 1/2 cup of chicken mixture on eách tortillá.
- Fold, páste the sides, ánd pláce the side of the seám in oiled cásseroles.
- (Leáve á little spáce between eách if possible).
- Spoon the ordered mixture on á tortillá.
- Top with the remáining cheese.
- Sprinkle with peppers.
- Cover with foil ánd báke át 350 ° for ábout 20-30 minutes.
- Remove foil, báke for ábout 5-10 minutes.
- Results: 20 enchiládás (or chálupá).
