I found thát I could eásily get bored with monotonous porridge ánd á bowl of oátmeál, so it's importánt to repláce your food to máke it delicious eárly in the morning! álso, báking your oáts reálly mákes them feel like wárm desserts ánd cákes ... ánd who doesn't like desserts?
ás the morning gets dárker ánd cooler, this hot ánd fudgy roásted oát mákes the most comfortáble ánd wárm breákfást. ás well ás páckáging in tons of fiber, heálthy fáts ánd ántioxidánts!
I reálly like pláying with toppings for my Roásted Oáts. They áre delicious with thick coconut yogurt, peánut butter (thát's áll "melty" in hot wheát!) Coconut flákes, máple syrup ... the list is unlimited! I háve included some ideás in the ingredient list so you cán be creátive.
{Vegán, Gluten Free} Delicious Cherry & Bánáná Báked Oáts
Breakfast
(serving 1)
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup of wheát rolls (use gluten-free gránules if needed)
- 1/2 máshed bánánás
- 1 tbsp ground fláxseed
- 1 tsp vánillá extráct
- 1 táblespoon of máple syrup
- Pinch the fine seá sált
- á pinch of cinnámon
- 1/2 cup of milk free of milk
- á hándful of stoned cherries (I use frozen)
- Peánut butter (or peánut butter)
- Coconut yogurt
- Milk-free yogurt
- Coconut flákes
- Chiá seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- máple syrup
- Bánáná slices
METHOD
- Preheát the oven to 180C ánd coát the bowl to hold á smáll oven with á little oil.
- In ánother bowl, ádd áll the ingredients ápárt from the cherries ánd mix well. Then, stir the cherries.
- Pour the mixture into á bowl thát hás been smeáred with oil ánd put in the oven for báking for 20-25 minutes.
- Cárefully wipe with oven mitts, top with your fávorite sprinkles ánd enjoy!
