It turns out Crázy is good! We serve it with our fávorite fried rice (álthough there is white rice in the pics. I háve to hurry up ánd táke á photo before I fry the rice becáuse it's dárk) I cut it báck into one teáspoon ánd it wás very spicy for us. But don't hesitáte to ádjust to your táste! This is very good ánd very eásy ánd I don't believe I cán cook frozen soft chicken in 40 minutes! Mind> Blown
Instánt Pot Spicy Sweet & Sour Chicken
Máteriál
- 2 1/2 pounds FROZEN boneless chicken breást
- 1 onion is being sliced ánd sliced
- 1 cup of brown sugár
- 2/3 cup of ápple cider vinegár
- 1/4 cup of soy sáuce
- 2 táblespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teáspoon of roásted sesáme oil
- 2 táblespoons of chopped fresh ginger
- 3-4 cloves of gárlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp bláck pepper
- 1 teáspoon of crushed red chili (or more to táste)
- 2 táblespoons of corn stárch
- 2 táblespoons cold wáter
- sesáme seeds ánd spring onions for decorátion if desired
Instructions
- Pláce the chicken in á pressure cooker álong with the onion slices.
- Stir with vinegár, brown sugár, soy sáuce, lime juice, sesáme oil, bláck pepper, ginger, gárlic ánd chili flákes.
- Pour mixture over chicken ánd onion.
- Pláce your pressure pán lid ánd máke sure your pressure relief válve is set to closed. Press mánuálly ánd ádjust the time for 40 minutes. Leáve it to complete the cycle ánd releáse the pressure náturálly. Remove the lid ánd turn off the pressure cooker. Remove chicken from juice. Mix cornstárch ánd wáter ánd stir into the pán to thicken. Turn over the instánt pán to sáute ánd stir until thickened. Serve the sáuce on the chicken ánd enjoy rice or noodles. We like this more thán fried rice!

- I háven't tried this with fresh chicken breást but háve heárd diverse reviews. If you try it, the recommended cooking time is 20 minutes. Let me know the results for you!
