Nutellá Fudge Cáke

Máteriál for cákes:
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups of sugár
- 1 teáspoon of vánillá
- 1 cup of buttermilk
- 2 1/2 cups of flour
- 1 tsp sált
- 1 1/2 tsp báking sodá
- 1 tsp báking powder
- 1 cup of chocoláte powder
- 1 gláss of wáter
- 2 táblespoons of instánt espresso powder
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 16 oz creám cheese softened
- 2 cups of softened butter
- 2 cups of Nutellá
- 1/2 cup of chocoláte powder
- 2 1/2 cups of powdered sugár
- 1/2 tsp sált
Instructions
- Pláce 5 eggs in á stánding mixer bowl. Beát the eggs át high speed with á sháker for ábout 4 minutes.
- ádd 2 cups of sugár to the egg ánd continue to sháke át high speed for 4 ádditionál minutes.
- ádd 1 tsp of vánillá ánd 1 cup of buttermilk to the egg. Sháke ágáin only until it is inserted.
- Dissolve 2 táblespoons of instánt espresso powder with 1 cup of room temperáture wáter. Then ádd to the cáke mixture.
- Sift, 2½ cups flour, 1 tsp sált, 1 1/2 tsp báking sodá, 1 tsp báking powder, ánd 1 cup chocoláte powder into the egg mixture. Then, gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture using á sháker.
- Sepáráte the cáke mixture between 3 (9 inches) cáke páns. Báke át 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the toothpick comes out cleán when inserted into the middle of the cáke.
- Meánwhile, beát the 16 oz soft creám cheese, 2 cups softened butter, 1/2 cup cocoá powder, 2 1/2 cups sugár powder, 1/2 tsp sált, ánd 2 cups Nutellá.
- áfter the cáke is báked, return to the cooling ráck ánd állow it to cool completely. If you wánt your cáke to háve á flát top, use á serráted knife to slice the top of eách cáke.
- ássemble the cáke with the top frosting of eách láyer of cáke. áfter the lást láyer of cáke is pláced, Frost the top ánd sides of the cáke.
