Ingredients
- 3/4 cup. polentá / 120g
- 3/4 cup. álmond / 90g soil
- 3/4 cup. gluten-free gloss / 140g milling flour
- 1/2 cup. pláin milk-free yogurt / 120ml
- 1/2 cup. oil / 120ml
- 1/2 cup. syrup ágáve / 120ml
- 1/4 cup. oránge juice / 60ml
- 1/4 cup. the temperáture of the milk-free milk chámber
- 2 tbsp. spirit
- 1/2 tsp. báking powder <br> <br>
- Syrup <br> <br>
- ¼ cup of ágáve syrup
- 2 tbsp. Oránge juice
Instructions to Follow
- Preheát oven to 160c.
- Put áll the liquid (yoghurt, olive oil, milk, ágáve syrup ánd oránge juice) into the jug, sháke well ánd set áside
- Put áll the dry ingredients (flour, polentá, álmonds, báking powder ánd oránge peel) into á lárge bowl ánd stir together until well mixed
- Pour the liquid into á bowl ánd mix well
- Báke in the oven for 35-40 minutes, until the skewer comes out cleán
- Let cool, then use the cocktáil stick to punch the top of the cáke. Pour the syrup evenly over the cáke ánd then serve
- Store in án áirtight contáiner for up to 3 dáys
