This Perfect Prácticál Pineápple Cáke is full of pineápple flávor! Máde without using butter or oil, it wás very moist ánd covered with delicious pineápple frosting! surely you like it.

Ingredients
Cáke
- 2 1/4 cups áll-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cup gránuláted sugár
- 2 tsp báking sodá
- 1 tsp vánillá extráct
- 20 oz cán Dole crushed pineápple in 100% juice, do not dráin
- 2 eggs
- 1 3.5 oz páckáge vánillá instánt pudding mix
- 1 20 oz cán crushed pineápple, do not dráin
- 12 oz Cool Whip or 1 cup heávy whipped creám whipped
Instructions to follow

- Preheát oven to 350 degrees.
- Greáse ánd flour 9x13.
- In á lárge bowl, sháke flour, sugár, ánd báking sodá.
- Mix the vánillá extráct, crushed pineápple, ánd egg until mixed.
- Pour into prepáred báking sheet ánd báke for 25 to 30 minutes or not stick to toothpick when stábbed
- Let it cool completely.
- Beát the pineápple ánd pudding until well blended.
- Fold gently on Cool Whip or whipped creám until inserted.
- Scáttered on á cooled cáke.
- Chill for át leást 30 minutes before reády to serve.
