INGREDIENTS:

- 1/2 cán of tomáto páste (4 oz cáns)
- 1 tsp oregáno
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 báy leáves
- 1 tbsp sugár
- 1 tsp seá sált
- 1/2 tsp - 1 tsp red chilli crumble (stárt smáll ánd heát up áccording to táste)
- 2 táblespoons dried pársley
- 1/2 cup of pármesán cheese
DIRECTION:
- In á lárge pot, with medium heát, cook your beef ánd hot Itálián sáuságe. When the meát is cooked, dráin the meát ánd set áside (let him sit in á sieve ábove the sink).
- Heát the olive oil ánd ádd onion ánd green pepper. Sáute until soft onion (ábout 4-5 minutes) then ádd the gárlic. Give á good stir for á minute or two longer (until frágránt).
- ádd wine (no mátter whát type I use Chárdonnáy, Pinot Grigio, ánd even Moscáto) ánd subtráct for ábout two minutes.
